“Arianna Muñoz’s staging of this play, first performed in the 1980s, is dynamic and full of life....For fans of high drama, Romanticism or gothic horror, this show is a must-see.”

Liz Lochhead's play about the creation of the novel Frankenstein is rooted in the interactions between its central characters.
I focused on cultivating a balance between the thematic/verbal density of the text and creating a production that was visually and audibly arresting for the audience, from dynamic staging to period-accurate costumes to having the Creature be a pre-recorded voice, shifting and floating in the space.
